| Dr.Rashmi Gupta is associated with DAIMSR since last 14 years. She has worked for a year as Client Relationship Manager with Citi Financial, Nagpur. She has completed MBA, M. Com and Ph. D. Besides this, she has cleared NET (National Eligibility Test) and Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi. Her Ph.D. topic is “A study of recruitment and selection practices in leading newspapers of Nagpur District for the period 2006 to 2011”. She has been delivering guest lecturers in many corporates like WCL, Power Grid, MECL, PHI, NFCL and Vanamati. She has made fundamental contributions in the areas of HR and OB. She is handling the portfolio of Central Database Server and Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR). She is also the faculty incharge for the Rotaract Club of DAIMSR under which activities like Cyclothon, Project Smile, Tree plantation etc., has been conducted successfully. She has been associated with various forums like MSME, VIA, NHRDN, UWAN. She has published many articles in leading newspapers like The Hitavada and The Times of India. He/ She has published more than 20 papers in National and International Journals including UGC Care, Scopus and Web of Science. | ||||||
