Dr. Ruhi is associated with DAIMSR since last 9 years. Her academic qualification is B.Com, MBA (Marketing),M.Com, Ph.d (Marketing) and her topic for Ph.D was “Critical analysis of the concept of Multilevel Marketing in the present Socio-Economic scenario (With Special Reference to Urban Consumers 1991-2003)”- (Degree awarded in 2008). She is also having 4 ½ years of industry experience and total 10 years of Academic Experience. Prior to joining DAIMSR, she was working with IBS as a Faculty for Marketing management and Managerial Economics.
She is an approved Ph.D Guide from Nagpur University. Number of students are doing research work under her supervision and few have been awarded Ph.D degree in Nagpur University. She is the member of editorial and advisory board of National and International Journals. She has been appointed as Reviewer of Internationally Indexed Journal, “Indian Journal of Commerce and Management Studies” and TATA Mcgraw Hills Education.
She was a reviewer of the Book by GEETIKA: “MANAGERIAL ECONOMICS 2nd edition”, Published by TATA Mcgraw-Hills (2011). She had conducted many workshops and seminars on various topics to mention a few are Importance of IPR and patents in association with MITCON, Documentation of success stories in association with WORLD BANK, Gender mainstreaming and Strategies etc. She is a regular guest faculty at VANAMATI, MITCON, and Academic Staff College etc.
She has published many research papers in National and International journals. She has also presented and published many research papers in National and International conferences. She has also published many articles in The Hitavada and Sakal. She has organized many quality programs for students on Women Empowerment, Demonetization, Creativity and innovation, Success stories of Women Entrepreneurs and many more and was instrumental in inviting many intellectual and reputed personalities from numerous fields.
