Dr. Rashmi Gupta is associated with DAIMSR since last 9 years. She has worked for a year as Client Relationship Manager with Citi Financial, Nagpur. She has completed MBA, M.Com and then Ph. D. Besides this, she has cleared NET (National Eligibility Test) and Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi. She has been delivering guest lecturers in many corporates like WCL, Power Grid, MECL, PHI and NFCL.
She has made fundamental contributions to the areas of HR and OB .She has been performing the Institutional Social Responsibilities like Cyclothon, Project Smile, Tree plantation activities etc with full enthusiasm and devotion. She has also been conferred with the responsibility of Womens cell of the Institute for 2 years. She has been associated with various forums like MSME, VIA, NHRDN, UWAN.
